Roger Posted 7 January, 2012 Posted 7 January, 2012 Fonte? chaplow, jaidi for bench? with them back and new signings hopefully we can do it.
PokingFun Posted 7 January, 2012 Posted 7 January, 2012 Why would Jaidi get on the bench? Aaron Martin has been a more than able deputy for Jose while he has been injured. Slots in well alongside Jos in my opinion.
Silvercherry Saint Posted 7 January, 2012 Posted 7 January, 2012 I believe Chaplow tweeted that he was hoping to get back near the end of the month.
S-Clarke Posted 7 January, 2012 Posted 7 January, 2012 Chaplow is probably 50/50 for the Leicester game, if he doesn't tweek himself again! Fonte should be back for Forest and Jaidi is back training, but I doubt we'll see him near the squad as Martin has kicked on now.

Adequate defensively right sided but we need a left sided backup for Hoiveld.
dubai_phil Posted 7 January, 2012 Posted 7 January, 2012 Rchap04 Richard chaplow “@dankiz1: @Rchap04 How far are you away Chappers?”>>>it depends where you are?? there you go
Wildgoose Posted 7 January, 2012 Posted 7 January, 2012 When did all this left footed/right footed partnership stuff come from? Throughout football history and around the world now many of the best partnerships are 2 right footers. If they're decent centre backs it shouldn't make any difference. I've read a few times that Fonte likes to play with a left footed partner........can't tell you where exactly now, but I'm fairly sure it came from the club at some point.....I'm certain someone will back me up with evidence or correct me if I'm wrong :0)
