I think it would be nice if something was done as a memorial to them if they do retire at the end of the year (which is confirmed on Radhi's part). I don't know about you but they've been pretty solid throughout their time here and it would be a shame to say goodbye to them without doing something. Any ideas?

I could start a collection at the Amex tomorrow. Perhaps pass round a massive card for people to sign and maybe those that knew them could put a few quid into the envelope. If we dig deep we could even get them a Blu Ray player or an Ipad II ??
