TopGun Posted 9 August, 2008 Share Posted 9 August, 2008 In the last 24 hours I have eaten two kiwi fruits, four plums and two nectarines. Whilst I have definitely made my five a day quota I feel I may have overdone it as have had to visit the bathroom three times this morning already. Moderation in all things people. I believe I heard that things like baked beans and jam ( although not necessarily at the same time!) can constitute part of your "5-a-day". Not sure that these will make any difference to the regularity of your visits to the bog though.
Guest Dark Sotonic Mills Posted 9 August, 2008 Share Posted 9 August, 2008 I regularly have five portions of apples a day. Not sure that it really counts if they've been made into cider, though.
