Turkish Posted 24 December, 2011 Posted 24 December, 2011 any of you fitness fanatics trained with these? I recently started and it's the intense work out i've ever know. I've the usual gym stuff like weights, running, rowing, cycling etc but nothing comes close in term of sheer intensity. I did a course a few months ago via my Krav Maga club as on of the instructors is also an RKC instructor and been shown the turkish get up, swing, snatch, goblet squat and clean and press. I'm doing a circuit at the moment of 20 x swings followed by a turkish get up each side and then repeat non stop for 20 minutes and i'm ready to drop after about 10 minutes and stuggle through the next 10 hanging out my arse. Give it a go!
Turkish Posted 25 December, 2011 Author Posted 25 December, 2011 (edited) Oooh look at me, I'm so hard! Indeed... Edited 25 December, 2011 by Turkish
Deano6 Posted 25 December, 2011 Posted 25 December, 2011 I normally go about 15 mins before I'm ready to drop and have to stuggle through. I use 18kg.
bridge too far Posted 26 December, 2011 Posted 26 December, 2011 My daughter and her bloke have been using these and they are so unbelievably fit now - EXCEPT - they have aggravated a back problem she suffers with and so she's had to give them a rest for a while. So she's doing Pilates instead and maintaining her fitness. They're both very 'sculptured'.

Manuel Posted 27 December, 2011 Posted 27 December, 2011 Wouldn't they be a little heavy for that type of procedure?
