Only 5 months to go Deano, keep working. Oh and congrats to the skipper on 100 appearances on Monday!

Unfortunately we do because goals from midfielders is drying up.
Saint_clark Posted 22 December, 2011 Share Posted 22 December, 2011 Anyone got a list of how many appearances our players have got now? It's nice to see a fair few over 100 rather than a couple of years ago when our longest serving player had about 40 appearances...

Unfortunately we do because goals from midfielders is drying up. He is always going to say this, doesnt want to undermine current squad by saying we definetly need new players. We will make signings
doddisalegend Posted 23 December, 2011 Share Posted 23 December, 2011 Same as RL's. as it happens! How can that be I've been told on here numerous times Barney isn't very good and based on 45 mins of sub apperances isn't good enough to play in the championship.................. South City Si Posted 23 December, 2011 Share Posted 23 December, 2011 Wasn't really sure about Deano being Captain but he has stepped up better than I expected and was a proper captain's performance against the Skates on Sunday. Good lad!

Whilst I think he's a very good player, I have to point out that his goals to game ratio is based entirely on a season and a half in League One. Wait until he gets a regular run in the NPC and then see what happens (if he ever gets fit enough).
