I'm sure they'll still have the 2-3 minute highlight videos on their website, which I find more accessible anyway. Let's not bash the BBC on this one, I actually think they've been very good for the football league

Well personally I'd rather they spent my licence money on showing the FL show than and extended two part East Enders special involving some merry christmas wife beating, some fat bloke shouting, some gay snogging and a lot of awful acting.....

FFS, Next they'll only be showing us second on BBC news. This is an outrage and clear evidence of the BBC's anti Saints agenda. I suggest a strongly worded email to the BBC Chairman.

Agreed, but sadly demand dictates that EastEnders is shown (I acknowledge the BBC exists to provide variety as opposed to pander to the market, but I've also thought this goal occupies a very grey area; surely each element of "variety" must be demanded in the first place?)

 

Anyway, it's not like they're shunning the football league altogether, highlights on the website as I've already said. I'm sure you'll survive.

"Netbusters" on Sky will show goals on 28th and, I would imagine, after the NYE and NYD +1 games too. Goals only (and, irritatingly, set to music) but better than nothing.

No, as advertised on Saturday they've got 7 MotD shows in the next two weeks or so. Two of them have already been on.

The BBC are doing their best to be as sh*te as ITV. If Hansen is forced out over his comment they'll probably try and 'poach' Andy Townsend.
