I genuinely wonder how someone can grow up to have such little respect for other people and property that they will happily do something like this. You have to be a pretty f*cked up person to gain pleasure from something like this.

He was a cyclist that was fed up being cut up when he was out on his bike. That ***** needs to be rammed off the road
