Angus McCoatup Posted 14 December, 2011 Share Posted 14 December, 2011 After witnessing the nightmare down there in 2005 I have always felt I have to be there to see it put right. Living in Singapore my journey to the game begins Thursday night from Changi Airport. This game is such a massive deal for anyone who was there last time. Would be interested to know of anyone covering some serious milage to get to this one...who is traveling in from afar?
This Charming Man Posted 14 December, 2011 Share Posted 14 December, 2011 Fair play to you mate. When we lost 1-0 down there, I was travelling around Australia at the time and flew home 10 days earlier than the others I was with so I could make the game. Not quite the same as you though. Not doing anywhere near the same miles but i can understand completely why you would, having been there last time this is about revenge. Pure simple unadulterated hatred and revenge. And I want to be there to do it. To see the whites of their eyes and mock their pain. To ram it down their ****ing throats and laugh at their misery. Nothing would be ****ing sweeter. Well maybe seeing that ****hole of a club go out of existence......
