Saints Warrior Posted 10 December, 2011 Share Posted 10 December, 2011 I dont think even an Alien from Mars would risk touching down on such a dirty and horrible place. Just where is the `Sterile Area`? Will we get any health jabs on the coach so we dont catch anything as we cross the safe SO14 Area?

revolution saint Posted 10 December, 2011 Share Posted 10 December, 2011 Surely a sterile area should cover all of pompey? That way the city could die just like the club......

markr27 Posted 10 December, 2011 Share Posted 10 December, 2011 (edited) Technically the last bit of the SO(uthampton) postcode area is about a mile after Junction 8 of the M27 (SO31). Pass over the marina and then go under the two bridges close together, the next overhead bridge you come to more-or-less is the boundary for PO(rtsmouth) 15 (One of the sad benefits of working in Logistics) I wonder if there will be any banners etc hanging from the bridges on the way down Edited 10 December, 2011 by markr27

Saints Warrior Posted 10 December, 2011 Author Share Posted 10 December, 2011 Thanks Amesbury Saint, that means we go door to door so we dont inhale too much of the stale air. I was looking at the area with a Skate a work and thought the drop off was further away than the roads which will be closed. I wont be able to wave to him and wish him all the best now, as we wont go passed his regular pub...never mind!
LGTL Posted 10 December, 2011 Share Posted 10 December, 2011 The skates are wetting themselves about their little "ambush" along Eastern Road. What they don't realise is that the OB will probably just go a different route. Bless them.

PaulSaint Posted 11 December, 2011 Share Posted 11 December, 2011 I think you'll find that PO14 & PO15 are Fareham addresses, the home of many "I choose red over blue Saints fans". Portsmouth actually starts on the Portchester/Paulsgrove border. (one of the sad benefits of a 26 year carreer in Royal Mail Admin)
diggers Posted 11 December, 2011 Share Posted 11 December, 2011 My office is in swanwick side of burs exon bridge and we're so32, I go to most games with a couple of mates from alverstoke and it seems gosport has a sizeable saints contingent. Typical example of the stupidity of the bubble, they have to come to Bursledon to go back to skateland. (good excuse for a **** up sat night up here though )
