BallBoy Posted 10 December, 2011 Posted 10 December, 2011 Have to agree wih the 3 top nominations but, for me, Cork was the best today. Guly and Lambert were very good but forwards can always take the limelight. Cork was everywhere and it is good to see him back to his best. It bodes well.

Cant be link up, goals, heading...............not saying he did not try harder than he has in the past just very surprised he has 9 votes. Lambert for me. He is absolutely essential to us!!

SNSUN Posted 10 December, 2011 Posted 10 December, 2011 It's between Morgan, Lambert and Fonte in my mind, Fonte seems to be a midfielder trapped in a defender's body, such are his skills on the ball, but he was solid, Lambert's passing was good and he scored twice, and Morgan had an all round great game. Lambert gets it though, for that equaliser alone, when I thought we'd lost. He really is a goal scoring machine.

Guly's touch was quality today. Were you watching? He does have his fair share of shockers but today he didn't put a foot wrong and caused some problems for their defence.

An imposter Don't know how Morgan would cope at , say, PL level, but he would walk into most teams in this division. He has been doing a very respectable job, clearly out of position, at RM. NA clearly trusts him with a variety of important jobs, and that is good enough for me. His passing really IS quality. He is not a big enough threat round the box, but he does enough to keep defenders honest. We would miss him if he wasn't there.
