There was...I'm all for it, but the stewards were clueless. Wandering around aimlessly ten minutes after the smoke dispearsed trying to find some evidence.

This is the problem with taking flares. I'd love to see them, I'd even love to take one/some. But you know that if you do it'll lead to the club tracking down who brought it in and banning them from St Marys. Sad as they look really good (flares not the stewards!)

Would love to see them at games but you just know the stewards would pile in and find who had let them off. Unlike when United played here back in January and they lit one, while the stewards looked on and did nothing. They'll do what they want.

Did Saints or Man U ever track down that Manure fan in SMS during the FA Cup last year?

There are separate police rules for Moan U, Cardiff and Milwall...the police stay well away in a cafe.

I will take a flag, looking at the pics there is a good chance the ground may fall apart if we hang up too many flags. What a **** hole, how can the fa allow Pompey to even play football at any level? Who was the H&S officer who did the inspection this season...and is he blind!

Lots of red and white will do, we will out sing them anyway, the blue few (12,000) wont make much noise.

Re Flares in the ground, I was thinking, just thinking;-) that as long as you don't get caught with an unlit flare, it would be pretty difficult once lit to prove that you lit it and brought it to the ground, surly if you just said, "it was alight on the ground under me, must of rolled down from behind, I was just holding it to attract a stewards attention and stop it causing a fire" they'd be hard pressed to prove otherwise??

Would not advise you to try it?
