Secret Site Agent Posted 10 December, 2011 Posted 10 December, 2011 West Ham 2-0 down and with 10 men. Clouds......Silver linings......... Discuss.
LGTL Posted 10 December, 2011 Posted 10 December, 2011 If it stays the way it is, it's a point gained, nothing lost, and happily onto those skate ****s.
saints-cris Posted 10 December, 2011 Posted 10 December, 2011 If stays as is.. just another game closer to being promoted
Matthew Le God Posted 10 December, 2011 Posted 10 December, 2011 West Ham 2-0 down and with 10 men. 3-0 and down to 9 men!
Secret Site Agent Posted 10 December, 2011 Author Posted 10 December, 2011 West Ham down to 9 men....3-0 down. I know we shouldn't be advancing on others losing, and we could have pulled further away, but still. And I like that Simon Church........two goals scored..................January anyone?
hypochondriac Posted 10 December, 2011 Posted 10 December, 2011 It's Cardiff and Boro we need to worry about.
Micky Posted 10 December, 2011 Posted 10 December, 2011 Somebody is watching over us - but if we get through this sticky patch unscathed, we really need to pick it up going into next year. All of that said - I really wasn't expecting to get promotion this year anyway, nor do I particularly want it - so I'm pretty much like a pig in shyte right now...!
LGTL Posted 10 December, 2011 Posted 10 December, 2011 We do keep getting lucky with other results...it just goes to show that EVERY team goes through the same problems we do. If we can strengthen in January, I'm still very confident.
Minty Posted 10 December, 2011 Posted 10 December, 2011 It's everyone we need to worry about - but over the course of 46 games, not one weekend. There's always someone who storms up from nowhere, and others who drop away spectacularly. That's why I love Adkins' approach... don't get too high when we win, don't get too down when we draw or lose, judge our position over the course of the whole season to date, and stay focused on the target.
