anyone know where I can get a cd player fixed

In Southampton? I have a Philips home theatre hts6600 and the cd tray is meant to slide open but has stopped doing so. Any ideas?

Yes get a paper clip. there is a little hole to the right of the draw. but it in the hole and the tray should pop out

It slides open to the left no popping involved

Possible solution that is not mentioned by customer service- is just a small thing- unplug unit- let rest for 30 mins, HOLD POWER BUTTON DOWN FIRST THEN PLUG BACK IN- hold for 30 secs, unplug for 30, then plug back in.
