just on the train into London listening to some srum and bass from the uni years, and was wondering what everyones favourite 'running man track is? Bit of Shimon, Andy C, Dillinja, Roni Size?

For me it has to be 'Bodyrock' by Shimon and Andy C, reminds me of happy times.

I was into D&B from the early 90s but seems to have died out in the last few years. It's got so predictable and boring now.

Also a quite a few of the talented producers have either sold out ie. Pendulum or gone to other genres ie. Zinc

Pretty much anything released on RAM I can listen to

Noisia - Facade is one of my all time individual tracks

Goldie's Sine Tempus is also very good

I've recently remembered Origin Unknown's, Speed of Sound album and stuck it on my iPod. Check these beauties out though:

This album also has Valley of the Shadows and Truly One. One of the best pre-2000 D'n'B albums, probably beaten only by Sound in Motion by the same artists (Andy-C and Ant Miles). That album has these classics:

These are probably my favourite albums of yester-year, and it's difficult to pin down a specific track (I've got about 600 D'n'B records!). This track is probably the track of my youth!

Turn the bass up!

House for the unintelligent/those on a lesser wavelength.

not sure which wavelength i'm on then as i like house, techno,d&b,breakbeat, gabba, ambient, hardcore etc ?

always preferred it when you got a bit of everything in a dj's set rather than just one genre
