Wadge Posted 30 November, 2011 Share Posted 30 November, 2011 Has been superb this season, one of our best peformers. Not only has he been solid in defence, but has either set up or started numersous moves that has lead to goals. He has delivered the best and probably the most crosses for our forwards, and many have lead to goals. He also seems quicker this season, and has showed great energy and a burst of pace when breaking forward down the right flank. He really has made that right back slot his own, well done Frazer hope your form continues for the rest of the season.

ant Posted 30 November, 2011 Share Posted 30 November, 2011 I love watching him sprint-waddle down the right flank. As somebody pointed out on another thread, there's the makings of a cult hero in Frazer.
david in sweden Posted 2 December, 2011 Share Posted 2 December, 2011 (edited) There are certain stereotypes in football that can make players a " fan's favourite ". - The goalie who makes spectacular saves - even if he's not so special otherwise. (we've had a few) - The big defender who makes those match-saving " crunching tackles "... (McGrath, Ruddock, Svensson) - The youngster in his first season who becomes a legend..in a short time. (Channon, Shearer, Steve Williams, MLT, Walcott, Alex O-C) - The natural "leftie " who terrorises the opposition and put a different complexion on the attacks. (Sydenham, Brian O'Neil, Bale) - the "big time", old-fashioned CF who scores from all angles with glory..(Ron Davies, Colin Clarke, Ostenstad, Beattie... and now Lambert, I suppose) - and the "overlapping full back " who steams across the half-way line like an express train on full throttle ..(Ivan Golac is first who comes to mind..+ others.) Richardson has a little of that about him and it is surely only a matter of time before he bags a goal or two for himself. Great signing ! Golden Balls Posted 2 December, 2011 Share Posted 2 December, 2011 Agreed. He's had a fantastic season so far. He seems to get past players very easily and I can't work out how. And he has a hell of a cross on him. Why doesn't he take corners or free kicks?
Window Cleaner Posted 2 December, 2011 Share Posted 2 December, 2011 (edited) Interesting player, plays right back for us but I think he played in midfield at Leeds as well, would be what? one of 4 players in our group with Premier League experience. Cricketphilly Posted 2 December, 2011 Share Posted 2 December, 2011 I for one don't class Walcott and Chamberlain as legends.

The greatest legend of them all slots into his own category, which explains his status. - The attacking midfielder, who doesn't defend at all, doesn't back track, but scores buttloads of fantastic goals and creates magical moments forever remembered. saintmatt Posted 3 December, 2011 Share Posted 3 December, 2011 Not Adam then? Or chaplow? Fair points, although Lallana seems to have gone through a very quiet spell lately (for him!), left Fox very exposed at Bristol City last weekend. Hopefully his goal Tues will get him going again, terrific player.
