So next Sunday, I gotta drive from Warsash, over to St Mary's to pick up the bus ticket, back to Bursledon to pick up the bus !!!! what a complete f*ck up this whole episode has been !

In their defence, it's not them that's making the choice to leave it till the day to pick up tickets.

they were not available today. So what choice is there if you work during the week? ****ing balls up of the highest order. Bus tickets will have to be made available at Bursledon.

I am staggered at the incompetence of the management of the ticket office.

I've had money taken out of my account. It shows on my order history. I know I am on Bus 5, leaving from Bursledon. Yet I couldn't pick the bus tickets up today as 'They weren't printed yet and an email had not yet been sent'. It REALLY is not that hard, to process an application, print the tickets off, send and email and then move onto the next one.

I collected my 1st 4 from the 1st ballot but my 2nd 2 from the 2nd ballot weren't ready.

When I pointed out that I live 200miles away I was told that they will be on the bus in Winchester for my mates to collect. When I pointed out to them that my mates didn't have my name and wouldn't be able to get on the coach without tickets she got all flustered and confused.

I also ask why, if they were dishing them out on the day in Winchester, didn't they let us know which would have saved me a drive down today.

Totally and utterly incompetent.

Similar situation, collected 4 from 1st ballot today, but 2 from second ballot (for mates) or order history but no e-mail so can't collect. Living in Bath this isn't helpful in the slightest. No information on whether they will be open Sunday morning or not, I just told them it "wasn't very helpful".

Spoke to the hot woman working in the ticket office after the game to try and see if mine were ready, they wernt. :(

The ticket office will be open sunday at the stadium but it looks like im driving down as there is no way I will bother was a train at 7.30am down to pick them up. Such a mess eitherway, don't see what the ticket office was doing for the previous 10 days before the Brighton away ticekts went up to not sort this out! And why a confermed order (sucessful through both ballots) doesnt equal ok print a bus ticket for each person off... Who ever is organising the bus place thing seems like they cant organise their way out a brown paper bag...

Probably overly grumpy and frustrated but this probably will be one of the few chances to go to Fratton before, a it falls down, b they go down or c we go up and dont play in the same league as them.

They will have tickets with the buses at Winchester.
Doesn't having tickets for the bus that can be collected on/at the bus, kind of render the whole point of picking up tickets in advance a bit pointless? I mean if that's an option, why not just email us all with a reference number that we can use to get on the bus, no need to even have a ticket! Quote a reference number & get on the coach, simple.

What an absolute **** up this has been!

My mate who organised our tickets didn't get an email. He just went to the TO after the game yesterday and the tickets (for Bursledon bus nr 1) were ready. When he opened the envelope they had given us 10 tickets instead of 5! One lot said 12:15 departure the others 11:20. Utter shambles!

Its beyond a joke now. My tickets 'weren't ready' on saturday, well why the f*ck not?!

No other line of entertainment business would this service be allowed. Questions have got to be asked for whoever is at the forefront of this.

I fear plenty will go wrong on the day too. **** up in brewery.

I think you can put money on it.

I have decided not to go and after reading these threads, feel completelty vindicated and that's even before I start thinking about the bubble.

Spot on. The bubble is bad enough, then all this on top just adds salt to the wound. I'm sure plenty of people's tickets 'won't turn up' on the day, sent to the wrong pick up etc and people will be turned away etc etc. Not on, especially when you look at how much this game means to people, like myself.

Another massive balls up. We put in 3 ballot forms for the 2nd ballot, with our 4 customoer numbers on them. Thought there would be more applications than tickets available so we were bettering our chances of getting tickets. I'm pretty sure that on the OS it stated that 1 extra ticket per ST was allowed. We've ended up with 12 extra tickets. You couldn't write it. Going to be a pain in the arse getting it sorted I bet, and that's a lot of money we now don't have.

As I said they gave us 10 tickets instead of 5, my mate has since checked his account and they have taken the money out twice

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere but can't see it. My ticket from second balot for my plus 1 is on a different coach, and lhas my name on it. Will my mate using the ticket haveto show anything, or how will it work?

There will be loads of people travelling on tickets in other people's names. There's the plus ones and people who have used friends/family tickets to apply etc

If they stop people getting on the coaches because their name's not on the ticket there'll be a riot!!

Still no e-mail.

I'm going to say it again... F***ing pathetic!

Still quite a few that haven't got the e-mail, but have tickets allocated. Probably worth giving them a call. There seems to be very little correlation between when you applied, when money was taken, when e-mails were sent and which bus you end up on, can't see or work out any system that might have been applied here!

I tried at the weekend.

I have had a ticket allocated for a week but couldn't collect on Saturday as despite having a printout of my on-line order history clearly showing me booked onto Bus 1 the "tickets haven't been printed yet". Give then I have been allocated a bus days earlier I can only assume that either

1) the ticket printing machine is broken, the spare machine is also broken and that their attempts to find an alternative, whilst thorough diligent, have not yet been successful, or

2) they are pathetically incompetent

EDIT: Would be a shame not to say it again. F***ing pathetic.

Another horror story. Mate tried again this morning (after 3 previous attempts) to find out why we still hadn't had the email, despite being in the first ballot and showing as a successful application on order history (and a +1 in second ballot having got his before us!), and we finally got some joy.

Luckily the queues were minimal earlier so he managed to persuade them to look into rather than (for the third time) fobbing him off with the standard "the email's going out tonight". Turns out the payment never went through, they wrongly input the card details. Unfortunately no one had thought to contact the lead purchaser to inform him so had this gone to Sunday it may have been a right balls-ache. We're finally "on the bus". Shambles.

Still tickets going according to sales staff on number 084568892884, only managed to get Sunday off work today, so trying to get ticket. Have one at the moment but its in with the vermin. A mate of mine who is a skate ( nice bloke apart from that) says that they haven't received there tickets yet, there having the same problems as our fans getting confirmation that they have tickets. He has said that the money has gone out of the bank already which made me laugh.

Sorry, can you just confirm - you're saying that you have spoken to the ticket office and they are still selling tickets in our end for Sunday?

Even more of a shambles if true as the OS headlined 'all tickets allocated' a week ago!

Can only be if, as stated on here, some have been allocated more tickets than asked for and so some have gone back for resale.

Just Phoned them and they havnt got any to sell at all, it is/ was strictly ballot only. Gutted as I'm desperate for 2 tickets!

Following on from this, we spoke to the ticket office and they're now saying there wasn't the same restriction on the 2nd ballot, and it's our fault for putting multiple ballot forms in. Tried to argue that it clearly stated on the OS that 1 extra ticket per season ticket was the limit, but they weren't having it. Asked to speak to whoever was in charge, told that there was no chance we could get the money refunded. So we're in the process of making sure we can sell all 12 spare tickets, luckily enough I think they're all gone but it's a massive pain in the arse trying to collect all the money and get the tickets to everyone. Could have quite easily ended up well out of pocket.

Someone's going to get a right earful on Wednesday when I go to pick up the tickets.
