Same for me a couple of weeks ago (my contract has ended and the phone is still in good nick so I'm going to giff gaff it).

 

I was quoted (in fact charged up front) 20 quid and told 7-10 days, that was 10-ish days ago but not heard anything yet, thanks for reminder, I will email them now.
