Sunshine you want to get your self over to my thread... we stay-at-home-away-game few.

 

As for streaming. Go pay for the Saints Player and get the full game.. only costs £4.39 ish a month. Well worth it.

Only on radio though..

 

But when Whispering Dave says "let me describe it for the listeners" he paints a picture so clear that you feel like you are actually there, and when he says "what we don't want to do now" you are actually getting a snapshot of the future ... as that is more than likely what will happen next!! :rolleyes:

Well knock me over with a feather duster it looks like we're on L'Equipe TV again, that makes about the 3rd week in a row (not counting international breaks of course).So there will be a stream yes.

True, the French hate kick and rush and we seem to be the "coquelouche" of L'Equipe TV just now.You should have heard them going on about Brighton last week,and the ref of course, said he wouldn't get a park game anywhere else than in the UK.Probably true as well.

Haha, I know!.......Still worth it though :)

 

It does seem to be getting more reliable these days though. My internet is luvverly jubberly, so it's just down to the other guys. Saints Player is always reliable, right? ;)

Yes slang words are sometimes strange aren't they.

It's an idiom, être la coqueluche" of someone means to be favourite or preferred,coqueluche is, as you say is hooping cough.

 

DSK was the "coqueluche" of the socialists until the nation found out that he couldn't go more than 5 minutes without dipping his wick.In fact his own party probably set him up because they knew that his associations with a Lille prostitution ring were being stored up by the Right to be used in the presidential campaign.

Just a note that the various other streaming sites out there seem to have Blackpool v Birmingham as the secondary stream behind Palace v Millwall... although some seem to be comms only (i.e. a radio feed) - none of which is relevant as long as the Saints stream is out there somewhere.

I have l'equipe tv too, but its epg info is a bit **** so cant tell if theyve decided to switch games or not

 

well it does seem a bit odd that we're on every week,not that I'm complaining though. I'll go and have a look at the actual programme guide on the satellite box and get back to you all.

I just tried clicking onto the stream, and it pops up with a 'media usage rights' payment box. So don't think that is free unfortunately.

 

Both streams are "payant"

and there's a pop-up to enter your login to access the stream (CanalSat is the second one, I get a plug-in download failure from Equipe TV) - so we won't be getting it from those links directly, but that doesn't mean someone with the appropriate subscription might not restream the game somewhere for free. At least it means there is a stream being broadcast.

 

This is the equivalent of using Sky Go without a Sky Subscription at the moment, but various Sky Sports streams pitch up online via the method above. Not sure anyone would actually bother for this game though... unless Baj knows how to, of course... :D

Likely to link to the same site, but worth a go I guess.

 

Couldn't say, don't usually watch streams anyway, this is a rural area and the debit is still awfully slow,probably because we still have telephone wires on posts and not subterranean fibre optics,so it's not really viable.

Well I just can't make any sense of it as far as L'Equipe TV is concerned,it was Palace-Millwall but it may have been bumped in favour of Saints just as they bumped Burnley-Leeds last week, just have to wait until 3.55 I guess.

I think we're supposed to be on again next week as well vs Doncaster.

Who in France is gonna pay to watch Bristol City vs Saints :)

 

they're not, but you can watch it if you're a Canal+ subscriber already. I asked them last week how many they get for the Saints matches on TV and though it's only an estimate it was surprisingly high.

As far as I can tell, the Bristol City stream is subscription and online only, so the feed which is broadcast to dishes is Palace v Millwall. So if you have a dish it'll be the Palace game and the only way we'd get a stream is if someone with a subscription re-streams it for us.
