Tokyo-Saint Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 http://twitter.com/#!/officialsaints/status/142248269706301440/photo/1 Taking the stereo away might be a start All of the applications are in the shoe boxes behind him.....fact The official process has been, application arrives, open envelope, put application in shoe box, squeeze down other application, kick dropped applications under the table, put shoe box back on top of other shoe boxes, leave until 1 week before match then pick a couple of shoe boxes at random. Any problems from 'customers' blame it on the police.
thornhill_saints Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 No Email but showing on my online account Portsmouth Stadium bus 16 18-Dec-2011 11:00 AM 11-12 Bus
Saint_Jonny Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 No Email but showing on my online account Portsmouth Stadium bus 16 18-Dec-2011 11:00 AM 11-12 Bus were you in the 1st or 2nd ballot mate?
Ashley Grute Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 I applied in the first ballot and checked today on my on-line account and there were still no tickets showing. I rang the club about an hour ago and was told there are about 300 applications still to be added to on-line accounts. I checked my account about 10 minutes ago and they are now showing on there. panic over! if you are still waiting, I reckon they will all be on by the end of the day.

I imagine 300 applications is probably somewhere in the region of 700-1,200 tickets. So about half of the first ballot, which will probably take them another good few days to sort through.
thornhill_saints Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 were you in the 1st or 2nd ballot mate? I was in the first and daughter in the second, nothing for her at the moment

stevegrant Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 Those who appear to have just had their applications processed, how many away games have you got?
100%Red&White Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 Those who appear to have just had their applications processed, how many away games have you got? 4. Afetr skates hopefully 5 will be enough for Brighton.
stevegrant Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 OK, so it doesn't seem as though they're doing them in any particular order. Mine was done on Monday (averaging 7 or 8 aways, I think, from 4 of us), while Spudgun, who's not a ST holder had his done seemingly before yours.
Turkish Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 OK, so it doesn't seem as though they're doing them in any particular order. Mine was done on Monday (averaging 7 or 8 aways, I think, from 4 of us), while Spudgun, who's not a ST holder had his done seemingly before yours. If they are doing this in no particular order what are the odds that a non season ticket holder with no away matches gets one and they run out before they get to a season ticket holder with 5+? THis farce has a few more f*ck ups in store for us yet lads, they aint even started yet...
View From The Top Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 All my 1st ballot tickets are showing up so I gave them a bell and asked about the 2nd ballot, in which I've applied for 2 mates, and was told they'd be done by the end of next week. Hope so as I have to pick up the coach tickets after the Blackpool game.
Spudders Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 If they are doing this in no particular order what are the odds that a non season ticket holder with no away matches gets one and they run out before they get to a season ticket holder with 5+? THis farce has a few more f*ck ups in store for us yet lads, they aint even started yet... I'd assume that they've waited until they have all the tickets allocated to suitable people and they now have a big pile of shoeboxes with all the right applications in that they're now just processing in no particular order.

Jack Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 Those who appear to have just had their applications processed, how many away games have you got? Done 4 sways but only had 2 on my account. They're obviously not the applications in order of away games. I doubt there's any structure to the whole thing TBF
Turkish Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 I'd assume that they've waited until they have all the tickets allocated to suitable people and they now have a big pile of shoeboxes with all the right applications in that they're now just processing in no particular order. You also need to assume that this is a slick, well run operation for that to be the case and we all know it isn't.
Turkish Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 they will be fine mate, they have Guly down there helping them out F*cking hell, if his work rate is anything like tuesday night it's no wonder it's taking so long.
shurlock Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 Done 10 aways before Donny. Mine showed up last weekend for sure, possibly earlier. But Im also a squeaky-clean angel
Barry the Badger Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 Mine are showing now, seems like they've had a rush this afternoon.
Langleysaint Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 Sorry if already posted but OS now saying Portsmouth tickets now all taken?
shurlock Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 I'd assume that they've waited until they have all the tickets allocated to suitable people and they now have a big pile of shoeboxes with all the right applications in that they're now just processing in no particular order. No those boxes are heading for the river itchen.

Turkish Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~2534436,00.html Yep Sold out. panic over everyone saying that it wouldn't FFS.
LA77 Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 They should give us the remaining tickets in the home ends to sell ffs
Jack Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 So now the wait to find out whether we were successful in the 2nd ballot
JRM Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~2534436,00.html Yep Sold out. panic over everyone saying that it wouldn't FFS. but it still doesn't mention the number sold?! so we'll only know on the day if there are big areas of segregation
krissyboy31 Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 Yep http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~2534436,00.html Still no confirmation of what the actual allocation was I see!
Langleysaint Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 but it still doesn't mention the number sold?! so we'll only know on the day if there are big areas of segregation It says all remaining tickets , I would assume that means all that was left after the first ballot ?
Turkish Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 but it still doesn't mention the number sold?! so we'll only know on the day if there are big areas of segregation We can only assume its 3,200, that is what they said the allocation was. If it's any less than that then we've sold all we were allowed.
shurlock Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 Still no confirmation of what the actual allocation was I see! I know its a joke - still, it lets the OB, the club and the powers that be save face.
LA77 Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 Still no confirmation of what the actual allocation was I see! wasn't it reported that we had the entire end? which is 3,200 ish
JRM Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 wasn't it reported that we had the entire end? which is 3,200 ish never by saints, it was mentioned in a skates official site article.
Sour Mash Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 wasn't it reported that we had the entire end? which is 3,200 ish I don't think the end holds quite that many anyway. Point being we don't know how much segregation they intend to use. It might now be increased a bit from what was originally intended so they can say its 'sold out'. F**k it, at least its now officially sold out.
Saints foreva Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 Still nothing on my mates purchase history. We applied in the first ballot, starting to get worried that the ticket office have lost the application.
LA77 Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 I don't think the end holds quite that many anyway. Point being we don't know how much segregation they intend to use. If we have the whole end how much segregation is needed? They might have done what we do in block 3, and segregated their end away a bit further from our end
Sour Mash Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 If we have the whole end how much segregation is needed? They might have done what we do in block 3, and segregated their end away a bit further from our end I'm not sure if you get my point. But anyway, for example, when Millwall used to put away fans in the lower tier, they used to leave a block at each side empty.
LA77 Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 I'm not sure if you get my point. But anyway, for example, when Millwall used to put away fans in the lower tier, they used to leave a block at each side empty. ah yes, I am with you. They may do that indeed. All we could do was sell what was there I guess.
stevegrant Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 We can only assume its 3,200, that is what they said the allocation was. If it's any less than that then we've sold all we were allowed. Pompey's online ticket system had the Milton end set as unavailable as soon as the tickets went on sale to home fans, so can only assume we do have the whole end. However, I would expect the actual allocation to be a bit less than 3200, they'll stick netting for the end few seats of both end blocks. Brighton sold about 3050 for their trip there, and that was their first away game of the season, so would assume they sold out as well.
CFSFC Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 Sold out!! Great news. Were coming for you... They also imply that not everyone was successful.

Huffton Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 Mine now showing on my online account. Phew. Were coming for youuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nexstar Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 Will tickets only show up on the online account of the person who paid for the tickets? Or everybody's?
stevegrant Posted 1 December, 2011 Posted 1 December, 2011 Will tickets only show up on the online account of the person who paid for the tickets? Or everybody's? Only on the lead applicant's account
