Is Wilde cracking under pressure

I WANT WILDE - WHO READS THIS - TO TELL THE WORLD NOW SAINTS ARE FOR SALE.

Do it Mike - stop this utter foolishness and lets ALL club together to put a strategy together (without Lowe) to sell this Club.

We can do this. We need some greats like MLT, Lawrie Mac, fans representatives and the City Council to get together with Wilde and make a very public announcement that the Club is for sale.

Then we accept Lowe's crap plan is a failure and everyone does what we can to SELL this club as publically as possible.

If we are not taken over by January we are no longer heading for League 1 IMHO... we WILL head down to League 2 with our empty ground and VERY LITTLE PRIDE LEFT.

Get off your arses Illingworth et al. Start doing something constructive - START PUTTING WILDE AND THE COUNCIL UNDER PRESSURE TO SUPPORT THE SALE OF THIS CLUB.

It is widely known the club is for sale Seymour peirce have been telling all and sundry. The point is we are not very desirable at present. You and I might think we are fantastic but to businessmen who live in other countries SFC is a little provincial club.

Having NI and co publising it may even put people off

Didn't the two MPs for Southampton get very involved not too long ago - when we previously had internal wranglings and soul searching?

Or is that wishful thinking on my part?

Mr Chorley was trying to get them involved with one of his open discussion groups. Think there were plans and projects but I've no idea of what happened to them.

Local MPs will support any cause, it's in their line of business, especially when their parties aren't doing too well in the opinion polls and they might get their come uppance in the next elections.

if the miserly sod paid his fiver he would

He might then have to expose his real identity, at least to the mods.

You can hide behind various nebulous e-mail addresses for a lot of purposes but for some, like paying by paypal you have to come out further into the open.

Loads of good posters have chosen not to pay the fiver, whatever suits them.

Given that the forum seems to be a principal arm in the latest destabilisation campaign, perhaps it's those who don't pay who are the wise men (and women).

LOL @ this thread having more conspiracy theories than the whole of the good ol US of A!!!!

Long Shot has an agenda, which to me seems to be to get rid of Lowe and Wilde, which personally I don't think is a bad thing, but let's face it, there aren't going to be any assassinations or law suits because of a bit of billy bullsh1t posted on an innernetz forearm.

Depends on how much he insists on his current line of attack really.

Personally I would say that he ain't that far off, but then ,hey what do I know.

The club will be close to working out who she and her source is. There has been a lot about longshot and how she worked at the club for the media on here in the past few days and the time she did so. It would be best if this thread was wiped really quickly for all involved.

Or she doesnt care and so no harm done. But I suspect MR W will be keen to find out who this is

You are nowhere near.

WRONG

What a tease you STILL are Morph

is nearer to the point.

But why should there not be lots going on............

Correct, there is lots going on from many fronts, just nothing concrete as usual. We are still bumping along the bottom but no reports of the resue sub being near yet. No reports of the abyss being sighted yet either

I would have thought that somebody aligned, but not part of a group, who reads the site and is named and abused daily, would wonder whether the best thing to do would be get out altogether.

Bearing in mind that Wilde has walked away once, doing it again is possible. If he removed his proxy support to the Lowe axis it would scupper the AGM for them. If he is that desperate to sell his shares, he might make a deal to sell some and proxy the rest, it would depend on the mindset or need.

Have recieved a message from a well-placed source tonight who is not a member of this forum. She asked me to post the info onto here which I will do. It is probably true imo but I have not been able to double check it so I am not going to defend it. Take it as you wish, but like I say the source is very reliable.

Talk is Wilde wants out and is ready to sell - he has no "lock in" agreement with Lowe. His house in Jersey is now a hotel and his home in Burley is up for sale.

You could be right;)

As has been said before, no investor is going to buy shares in a football club when they will be able to buy the club off the administrators for a lot, lot less, if this season ends in failure with relegation etc.

That would depend on whether it is cheaper paying for some shares than getting them for next to nothing but then having to invest money to promote us back to the CCC. Surely the aim of anyone interested in taking over has to be to get back to the Prem, the only place where money can actually be made in English football. It may be better to spend £1m+ and only have to invest for one promotion than to need to gain 2 promotions and one on the back of a points deduction.
