Don't think he dropped his cacks. Just stupid enough to do something that was highly visible and would have been picked up by the rozzers.

Right, never mind, going to football will soon be like going to the WI(not that I've ever been of course, but I know how it works,my ex's Mum was a WIer,read Home+Garden and Country Lady and that sort of stuff all day and you weren't allowed to get A/H'd,even at Christmas)

Well, I know one of the people who got arrested. He got nicked for bending over, pointing at his arse and asking if the Brighton fans wanted some.

The political correctness in this country is pathetic. It isn't hatred of gays which is what homophobia is, it's just a p/ss take.

Well, put up against some of the other things that he could have said or done, it does seem a bit Mickey Mouse.

Nope. That is what he got nicked for, according to him.

I was in the Family Section so didn't see it myself.

if that is true it is unbelievable, if the OB state in court that they intend to give him a ban DO NOT plead guilty, let them prove he did enough under section 5 act for it to be considered harrassment, alarm or distress.

also worth giving these chaps a shout http://www.fsf.org.uk/campaigns/Watching-football-is-not-a-crime.php for legal advice see if they can recommend a decent brief

Well, as I said, that's "according to him". We can all be guilty of a bit of revisionism when recounting stuff. I'll defo mention the part about section 5 to him though.

It's hardly homophobic if he casts himself in the role of receiver. OB may have laid a floater there.

This is a joke. Have Hants OB really got nothing better to do? As said above if this was a song about dying of HIV or you queers are all going to get stabbed outside fair enough, but does your boyfriend know you're? It's a f*ckin joke.

Precedent set? Expect a few other clubs' fans playing Brighton to be nicked for the same offence.
