JonnyLove Posted 20 November, 2011 Posted 20 November, 2011 W have no money to be able to pay them. Were broke it's all over the other forums.
The9 Posted 20 November, 2011 Posted 20 November, 2011 Is this some kind of ongoing Muppet Show joke, this gets posted after every single match ?
Whitey Grandad Posted 20 November, 2011 Posted 20 November, 2011 To be honest, I hadn't noticed. Now that you have, I shall imagine them both living on a tropical island wetting all the palm trees.
bender Posted 20 November, 2011 Posted 20 November, 2011 I was once Sammy Saint. Avatar picture duly changed.
Monk Posted 20 November, 2011 Posted 20 November, 2011 Jesus! Never knew there is a another Saint on the Island!
Saint_lambden Posted 20 November, 2011 Posted 20 November, 2011 It's not a coincidence that when Pulis and Forecast move on (the later on loan), the mascots disappear too!
MINIBARCELONASAINT Posted 21 November, 2011 Posted 21 November, 2011 The costume lies disregarded just outside my changing room at the Stadium. If it is going unused I might see if I can buy/take it off their hands. Would make for a top fancy dress kit.

One for each dog and multiply that by the amount of home kits we had during our dog mascot days. I wore the first Flybe shirt.

A group of Indian lads from Bellemoor all about 16 did it last season. It's been pretty much dead this year. He's just there. Laying on the floor. I may remind them a dog isn't just for Christmas and then offer to take him home.
saintchris23 Posted 22 November, 2011 Posted 22 November, 2011 A friend of mine who works in promotions was recently Sammy Saint at West Quay. The costume therefore still lives!
eelpie Posted 22 November, 2011 Posted 22 November, 2011 Sammy The Saint has not been the most uplifting of mascots. Dawdled around the pitch, shoulders down, looking half-hearted at best. The new Saints need a livelier costume mascot if we are to have one at all.

Mattio Posted 23 November, 2011 Posted 23 November, 2011 I don't understand why we have dogs, what does it have to do with our name or location?
trousers Posted 23 November, 2011 Posted 23 November, 2011 I don't understand why we have dogs, what does it have to do with our name or location? Our club was going to the dogs at the time so it was fairly apt for it's day.
Wes Tender Posted 23 November, 2011 Posted 23 November, 2011 Our club was going to the dogs at the time so it was fairly apt for it's day. Yes, but now we're the dog's b*llocks
eelpie Posted 23 November, 2011 Posted 23 November, 2011 Yes, but now we're the dog's b*llocks That's the problem. Sammy doesn't have ********. A pair of ******** in costume would be better.

Guan 2.0 Posted 23 November, 2011 Posted 23 November, 2011 They now work as pot boys for Cortese during his dinners with the fans. And hand out doggy bags at the end.
lewpylew Posted 23 November, 2011 Posted 23 November, 2011 Apparently they are waiting for some shorts to come for him from the far east! That's a lot of material if 4 months into the season we're still waiting!!
sussexsaint Posted 24 November, 2011 Posted 24 November, 2011 what does it have to do with our name or location? Its supposed to be a St Bernard I think. Could have the spitting image puppet of Roger Moore in 'The Saint'
