Hope someone famous contacts my grandad to say we had sex, this will then facilitate my ability to gain nationwide exposure oppose to the relevant obscurity I am currently experiencing.

Looking at it from both sides I would say Andrew Sachs has every right to complain about the messages and content that was broadcast. Equally, Ross and Brand were very much in the wrong for their comments and I do support them both losing their jobs, but purely for the embarrassment and distress caused to an old man, and not for the factual comments in their story.

 

The girl has no complaints at all, until our privacy laws are changed. If I ****ged the Queen up the mud pipe wearing a frilly dress and had big rosy cheeks so I looked like Jemima from 70's hit sensation TV programme Play School, and it was true, then I am entitled to tell the world. Basically the information was delivered in another media format to the usual way, i.e not a newspaper, but that doesn't detract from the fact that these kind of stories get out all the time.

I wonder how many of the 18,000 reported complaints have a) actually heard the clip and b) know she DID sleep with Brand?

 

As an update, she has yet to reply to my message declaring her undying love for me, however, she is still easily found on Facebook, so I am putting it down to her not reading my message yet.

I don't think it matters re: the 18,000 peoples motivation to complain. They humiliated a pensioner. If we read a paper and heard that some chav scum had done exactly the same thing to an unnamed 78 year old we would want something done about it. That the idiots that did it are famous and so was the victim, makes no difference.

 

I still say she has no complaints though, in fact it's refreshing to here a bloke kiss and tell for a change.

Yes and no. When you chose to get a job in the public eye and become a 'celeb' you have to take the bitter with the sweet.

 

You will earn alot, have the best choice of girls, have all the nicest things in life, but you have to accept bad things will be said about you and possibly your family. I do not agree with what they did, but he is not a normal pensioner, he is a (albeit from the past) celeb.

 

I think what they said is horrific, but IMO, she will do very well out of this, she has already appeared topless in the Sun, so she is hardly distraught and devistated is she? Infact, for her 'career' this is only a good thing and IMO, if it means her grandad being a bit upset, Im sure it wont bother her!

I am glad we do not have a legal system that removes rights from people based on how fortunate/rich/famous they are. Maybe they should be told they have enough money to "buy" a new child if one gets murdered too?

 

I think you are right that the publicity will do her career more good than harm, so long term it could look good for her. I hardly think she got her norks out on the back of this, given that she had the photo's taken in 2005 and ****ed that hairy freak in 2006. She has no complaint in my book, but equally she hasn't orchestrated any of this either.

That wasnt the problem phil, the problem was when you clicked on the picture, it didnt give you the option to copy, save print etc as it's copywrited. Just came up with a 'copywrite 2008 blah blah blah' message, but its sorted now.

No worries, I agree, I would have seen to her more than three times, however, I feel he would have been onto the next beauty after a few days, and if they are all queuing up, I would hate to disappoint! ;)
