hamster Posted 14 November, 2011 Share Posted 14 November, 2011 I'm after a local electrician recommendation please? Testing and certificate required for electrical installation including all sockets, lighting, wiring, switching, consumer unit, earth bonding, etc. We are expecting a bit of remedial work to surface as some circuits tend to trip out more than we'd like. There's a name for it which escapes me atm but the right person will know what I need for a property let. A few of the light fittings will be replaced by standard ceiling roses too. Also, it's a big house, we want the old hard-wired fire alarm isolated so that I can remove the control box and break-glass points. Receipts required for accounts. Cheers in advance. mr and mrs hamster.

EastleighSoulBoy Posted 15 November, 2011 Share Posted 15 November, 2011 My next door neighbour is an electrician, this is a fact. The guy who lives in the house between the houses either side of me is an electrician. Factoid.
Bath Saint Posted 15 November, 2011 Share Posted 15 November, 2011 I understand that Junction 9 is a dab hand at all this kind of stuff and does good rates for fellow Saints supporters.
