My season ticket was not part of the part payment scheme and I have a complete set of vouchers(minus matches played of course). The ticket office could offer no explanation apart from the fact that a mistake had been made and someone else may not be getting their expected vouchers. So if you are expecting a set of vouchers it might be an idea to check that they are on the way to you. When I enquired via the ticket helpline they sent me a whole new booklet of slips via the post and merely asked me to destroy the one sent to me in error. Expected to have to go down to the TO and hand the incorrect one in - they saved me a job but a little negligent perhaps. Still got it on the side at home, might keep it as a memento, haha. It was a pretty widespread c*ck-up but hopefully shouldn't now affect those who paid in instalments.
