Lets B Avenue Posted 10 November, 2011 Posted 10 November, 2011 LOL at the goings on in the 1st test at Cape Town. Aussies out for 284 this morning (2nd day). Yarpies 49-1 then 96 all out. Aussies currently 21-8. Pity they cant deduct points for dodgy pitches.
mdearlove Posted 10 November, 2011 Posted 10 November, 2011 Oz will probably still win thanks to their first innings!
stevegrant Posted 10 November, 2011 Posted 10 November, 2011 What a ridiculous day's cricket Australia bowled out for 47, South Africa going well on 81/1, although Mike Hussey dropped Hashim Amla off the last ball of the day. South Africa are massive favourites now, needing 155 to win. 1/5 the longest odds available on them to win, Australia 4/1. For those wanting to do a three-day rain dance, bet365 are offering 750/1 on the draw
skintsaint Posted 10 November, 2011 Posted 10 November, 2011 I would stick $20 on for the 4/1 if I had the cash.
Hatch Posted 10 November, 2011 Posted 10 November, 2011 if only the aussies had been bowled out for 21 , i would not have stopped laughing for a hundred years
stevegrant Posted 11 November, 2011 Posted 11 November, 2011 South Africa win by 8 wickets, very comfortable in the end. Makes you wonder what the bloody hell both sides were doing yesterday
CLOTH EARS Posted 11 November, 2011 Posted 11 November, 2011 I tell you what Newlands is the most picturesque and beatifull cricket ground on the planet! I have been to Cape Town ( My ol man was born there ) It is a great city. I reccomend going up to the top of table mountain on the cable cars, the views from up there over the city and Harbour are just fantastic!
hutch Posted 11 November, 2011 Posted 11 November, 2011 South Africa win by 8 wickets, very comfortable in the end. Makes you wonder what the bloody hell both sides were doing yesterday I would have traded that for skittling them out for 21 yesterday, though.
This Charming Man Posted 11 November, 2011 Posted 11 November, 2011 What a mad Test Match that was. Ridiculous stuff from both sides in the middle innings.
