scotty Posted 8 November, 2011 Posted 8 November, 2011 On BBC now. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-15646536 Not before time, imho
pedg Posted 8 November, 2011 Posted 8 November, 2011 Probably sail off soon after as there are a number of legal problems that are going to descend on him once he stops being in charge.
dubai_phil Posted 8 November, 2011 Posted 8 November, 2011 Everything that is wrong with the corruption of Democracy could be written in the tale of broken promises, total disregard for rules and process will no doubt start to now come out. And on the bright side there should be a few broke chicks looking for cheap bunga bunga dates. In a way shame he's going, it's always given us plenty of ammunition for our Italian friends in the way the poopey takeover thread has given... Like the austerity budget that ordered 15 or more Maseratti's for the ministers... Still. Two down, no doubt now to have their jobs taken by Bankers who can continue to try and squeeze blood out of stones and cover up the fraud and theft from (you) poor conned tax payers. (and before you ask - that includes my family & friends back home getting screwed over)
dune Posted 8 November, 2011 Posted 8 November, 2011 Hopefully the Markets respond favourably. The Dow is up to 12176 which is really pleasing. Be worth watching the Asian/Australian markets if there is an announcement this evening to see the likely effect on the FTSE in the morning.
dune Posted 8 November, 2011 Posted 8 November, 2011 He's gone then. Edit, Oh no he hasn't, but is going.
scotty Posted 8 November, 2011 Author Posted 8 November, 2011 Its about time. He's been a standing joke for years now, the hair-transplanted teenager-sh*gging ancient pervert. Why the italians have tolerated him for this long is beyond me.
pap Posted 8 November, 2011 Posted 8 November, 2011 So, small question. Does Germany now control Italy? At least Hitler let Mussolini pretend to be in power
