Prince Jazzbo Posted 8 November, 2011 Share Posted 8 November, 2011 Another great fighter from a bygone age has sadly passed on. I remember being allowed to stay up as a kid and listen to his first fight with Ali on the radio. No live TV then, you had to go to the Gaumont to watch it live by satelite. Many memorable fights, including his fight with Foreman, even though he got battered, he still did his upmost to knock Foreman out. Pity Haye and Harrison didn't adopt the same approach. Unfortunately heavyweight boxing is now more like WWE. Lots of hype, but very little substance.
