The Hoff Posted 7 November, 2011 Posted 7 November, 2011 Just got an SFC number plate for Dad for xmas, and was wondering if anyone knew a decent website to mock up physical plates with SSaints badges on the side? I have come across a lot of websites that only sell 'show plates', which are apprently illegal? Any help much appreciated.

It is technically illegal to buy/sell a plate without presenting your documents, but once the plate is on there is no difference so who's to know? One word of caution, go for standard lettering as over zealous police have the power to stop and take action against non compliant lettering, and you don't want that.

dune Posted 7 November, 2011 Posted 7 November, 2011 You can also get fined for having the saints badge on the side. GB or Country flag only. Wasn't aware of that. I had a saints badge on an old car and never got stopped so I think most police would turn a blind eye to such a petty offence. That said I wouldn't do that, or have an SFC plate, in the future as your car is permanently marked and could attract criminal damage.
