Colinjb Posted 3 November, 2011 Posted 3 November, 2011 I need something that is capable of road running, light off road stuff and providing grip for various circuit training type exercises (holding the plank position, etc) I am open to ideas as i'm not sure what/where to look, cheers.
Liquidshokk Posted 3 November, 2011 Posted 3 November, 2011 Go to the running shop in chandlers ford. They get you on a treadmill and film it then go over the footage with you to work out where you need support on your feet and then help choose appropriate footwear. http://www.upandrunning.co.uk
Colinjb Posted 3 November, 2011 Author Posted 3 November, 2011 I appreciate the advice, but the logistics of going to Chandlers Ford specifically for a paid of trainers is a little....... inconvenient.
LGTL Posted 3 November, 2011 Posted 3 November, 2011 Adidas Supernova Sequence 4. I'm a PE teacher and they are invaluable, and would be more then suitable for the above activities. Quite pricey at £85 but well worth it.

Where do you live? Is chandlers ford really that far? Worth going the distance if it means you get shoes that are right for your feet
