Good cross training shoes required.

I need something that is capable of road running, light off road stuff and providing grip for various circuit training type exercises (holding the plank position, etc)

 

I am open to ideas as i'm not sure what/where to look, cheers.

Go to the running shop in chandlers ford. They get you on a treadmill and film it then go over the footage with you to work out where you need support on your feet and then help choose appropriate footwear.

I appreciate the advice, but the logistics of going to Chandlers Ford specifically for a paid of trainers is a little....... inconvenient.

Adidas Supernova Sequence 4. I'm a PE teacher and they are invaluable, and would be more then suitable for the above activities. Quite pricey at £85 but well worth it.

Well, the clue is in my location, I only visit the area fleetingly to see us at home on weekends.
