What is the most frustrating thing for you on this forum as a Saints fan..?

Mine is people spelling the players names incorrectly. Frankly, I find it lazy and annoying.

Cue people saying 'Threads like this'.

I find everything annoying, but that one is quite high on my list of things I cannot begin to understand. It's on the big screen at the ground, it's in the programme, it's on the telly, on the back of the players' shirts, it's usually already correctly spelt in the same thread, and you're actually on a computer which gives you access to an enormous database of information which will allow you to check if you're not sure. How, in those circumstances, are you not able to spell the player's name right ?

For the record, we don't have a Davies in goal, or a Llanna in midfield, or a Hoofelt at the back (or a Seabourne for that matter) or a Connelly up front. Historically, I can't ever remember how to spell Egil's surname, or that of the bloke called Andreas who played at the back in our Prem relegation season, SO I LOOK THEM UP BEFORE POSTING.

Is it too much to ask ? Ignore that, when people can't even spell "to" correctly it obviously is.

Apart from that, all song threads, the polarising of others' opinions by people who don't bother to debate the nuances of any argument, knee-jerkism, anyone at all talking about fashionable clothing of any kind at football as by definition it doesn't exist, and all WUMs and trolls.

I get frustrated by people who unnecessarily include the phrase "as a Saints fan" in the title of threads when the rules for this forum state that "We ask that supporters of other clubs do not post on this forum" ;)

And "would of" instead of "would have"

definately. should of. there.

... "would of" instead of "would have"

Its an internet speech thing, a bit like using "teh" to help convey the mood of the point you are making. Viz use it as a joke device regularly, for example "he should of have of...."

For one or two people maybe but I'd hazard a guess that the vast majority don't even realise they are making a mistake.

Know it all teenagers are also very annoying.

Agree with this. Buzzin 'Orn used to do it, now that mantle has passed to saintandy and less so Super Mikey. Farawaysaint's reason is the best so far and is encouaging me to post here! (Use tapatalk)

Grammatically it has to be 'are' instead of 'our', it forces you to have to re-read the sentance.

I don't like WGS not the man the acronym, its GS or Gordon Strachan, also Citeh for Man City.

But most of all the over critical moaners, whether they are having a go at players, the club, our fans, other fans, other posters. I can handle facts and opinions but baseless moaning gets me.

Mikey is less annoying now. That said being a leftie he'll never be normal. But as one know it all teen enters adulthood up pop ever increasing numbers of pampered brats.

You realise liberal people are far more likely to change their mind than right wing nationalists?

Oh, we can add Dune trying to get his political bull**** onto as many threads as possible.

I would never politicise the main board.

Most annoying thing is that there is nothing to moan about. Saints are top of the league playing the best football I can remember in a very long time, the Manager is great and you can see that he thinks about stuff and makes sensible decision. I go to SMS knowing that I will very likely see a win. Its reasonably settled behind the scenes and the chairman is not Rupert Lowe.

Bit dull really. Not like the old days
