Indeed!!

You only have to consider what you think of the dinlos from opposition teams who sing, "Play Up Pompeii" to get an idea of what you must sound like singing the equivalent of the day.

Readings fans were right up there with MK Dons in the Spazzer stakes. "You're just a small town in Pompey" doesn't even goad a reaction it's so lame.

Would anybody like to share with me just exactly what the words and tune are to this Cortese song so that I can practice it at home before i next eventually get to a game, or watch one in the pub.

Thanks - I'm gonna look so cool.

Could we perhaps adapt the Norwich City song that is sung with great gusto at Carrow Road?

"Kick off, throw in, have a little scrimmage,

Keep it low, a splendid rush, bravo, win or die;

On the ball, City, never mind the danger,

Steady on, now's your chance,

Hurrah! We've scored a goal.

City!, City!, City!"

In a word NO

Anyone who has been to Norwich will know that songs sounds quality when they get going bellowing it out, it is their anthem with no mad fast clapping in it, closest we have to that is the slow owts.
