Cheap android tablet computers

Starting to find a few on the market now, this one in particular has caught my eye:

They seem to tick all the boxes, flash support, Android market place, good media support. But is the price of these a sign that I should just be patient if I am after something like this? After all, if you can get something seemingly so adequate for under £100 now... what will be available in the next few months?

The things to look for are:

 

Capacitive touch screen: Most of the cheap ones are resistive which are not as sensitive and can be a pain to use.

Memory size: The memory that the OS has to run in. Many cheap pads have only 256mb which can make some apps run slow. Need at least 512 really.

 

Personally I would wait a bit as within the next month the new version of android (Ice Cream Sandwich a.k.a. Android 4.0) will be made available by google to the world. Soon after all these cheap tablet makers using the last open phone version of android will try porting ICS to their tablets and these will offer a better tablet experience than the current cheap tabs.
