Can understand the logic. It's odd that they mention the West Ham game in the article though, especially as that was sold out a good few hours in advance of kick off therefore rendering the new policy redundant.

Have I missed the tweak? I thought you could only buy same-day match tickets in the hour up to kick-off before this announcement. For us thickos, can you spell out what has been changed?

All last season when it got to 2pm you could only buy tickets for that days game?

and what a great finish to that game in 2004 we had!! Was it not saggyfaces first game in charge and we were 2-0 up going into injury time. You know the rest!!!
