bender Posted 23 October, 2011 Posted 23 October, 2011 Does anyone else think weve got a string of winnable games leading right up to Xmas. You have to fancy us at home and our next 4 away games are Coventry, Bristol City, Doncaster & Skates. We could be very clear by Xmas and then have a January transfer window to bolster the squad at a time when other players would love to join this team.
Lallana's Left Peg Posted 23 October, 2011 Posted 23 October, 2011 When I looked at the fixtures at the start of the season I thought the first 3 months of the season were tough then November and December looked kind to us.
red&white56 Posted 23 October, 2011 Posted 23 October, 2011 I'm not sure about the Skates game - they will be up for it, determined to ruin our efforts to continue our good start, but the rest of the away games do look winable!
Amesbury Saint Posted 23 October, 2011 Posted 23 October, 2011 I'm not sure about the Skates game - they will be up for it, determined to ruin our efforts to continue our good start, but the rest of the away games do look winable! Should follow Man City's example today! 8
paulwantsapint Posted 23 October, 2011 Posted 23 October, 2011 It is about time we tried to break the club record for consecutive wins in a season Think the league record for most consecutive home wins is 25 now that would be a great record to claim
S-Clarke Posted 23 October, 2011 Posted 23 October, 2011 On paper it looks better than this month's fixtures, but that doesn't always = better results. Let's hope we kick on from here, because this really tricky month has given us a great opportunity.
