Proper Goal Celebrations

The best one I remember personally was at home to Newcastle when we were 1-0 until the last few minutes and eventually got 3 goals, the celebration is a joint one for the 2nd and 3rd goals and remember starting at the front of the East Stand lower and ending up about 9 rows back!!! I think we hadn't won in about 15 games!!

Still looks great, a 15 year old me is there somewhere trying not to get sucked under (not a euphemism)

I was 17 at the time....that was a ****ing mental celebration....my mate went home with somebodys tooth stuck in his head after the goal celebrations, he was covered in blood but didn't give a monkeys....we'd beaten Pompey with a 89th minute winner and that was all that mattered. I think people ended up about 20 feet away from where they were prior to the goal....a brilliant day!

Remember it well! Shipperly, Heany and Watson with 3 goals in about 2.5 minutes, madness! Cut my head open somehow but did not notice till i got home

Goal celebrations should not get out of hand. The players will all be humping each other on the pitch so won't notice the fans.

The fans should applaud politely and maybe, if it was a particularly well executed goal, voice their approval with a 'Bravo!' or a 'Well played!'.

But on no occasion should they stand up while celebrating the goal in case those behind are unable to see the player-humping on the pitch.
