Interesting comments on the original site - most seem in support of the guy. However, although I have anger problems, I would probably have started crying or ran out of the shop rather than sticking it to the offenders with a metal bar. That's how lilly livered wimps avoid prison! He was being assaulted first however, and no doubt McD's have a policy about that (probably involves running away, rather than getting busy with a metal bar though...). Feel sorry for the guy at the end of the day - 10 years in the Big House for an accidental shooting, now he's going to do more time.

What the guy did was totally unacceptable, but at the same time, the other kid shouldn't have started it and it looked like he fancied himself as a bit of a gangster. That cashier is bloody dangerous though.

To be fair, the start of the video she is goading him to 'do something' calling him a 'pussy' then slaps him. She then jumps over the counter. She deserves a beating...maybe not to that extent but it started quite clearly as self defence.
