Weston Super Saint Posted 22 October, 2011 Share Posted 22 October, 2011 Don't do it! I had it in Netley Abbey and it was pretty awful! Signal would drop out for an hour or so most days. Customer service was non-existant. If you have sky already, I'd go with them. Not a great deal better in terms of download speeds, but a much better deal when combined with sky tv, phone etc. Also with Orange you still need a BT line IIRC and line rental with them is like being held up in a stagecoach by masked bandits! Saintandy666 Posted 22 October, 2011 Share Posted 22 October, 2011 Don't do it. We were on Freeserve which was good, but when it became orange it was just crap to be honest; constant cut outs and what not. BT are alright.
rednrednredandwhite Posted 23 October, 2011 Share Posted 23 October, 2011 Been with orange/wanadoo/freeserve for about 10 years, now have the phone line rental with them as well. Never really had any problems.
TopGun Posted 23 October, 2011 Share Posted 23 October, 2011 I think it depends where you live. I have 50 meg download speed capacity from Virgin via cable where I live so quite happy with that currently. It never does 50 but generally over 30. Horses for courses.
