Marsdinho Posted 28 October, 2008 Posted 28 October, 2008 Call me a mug (and a bit cheeky), but I want to go to tonights game. I have missed the last couple of games due to weddings etc and feel that I need to get my fix. God knows why.... I am soooo skint at the moment (weddings again) that I cant afford a ticket. So, if there are any kind souls out there willing to lend me their ST for the night, i would be very grateful. Cant give you any cash on the night, but promise to reimburse you asap. Just came up with the idea after reading on other posts that ST holders may not go tonight..... Long shot.....but it might just work......
Window Cleaner Posted 28 October, 2008 Posted 28 October, 2008 and feel that I need to get my fix. God knows why.... ... It's self explanatory, told you all yesterday, football is like smoking, often disagreeable but f**king hard to give up.
saints_is_the_south Posted 28 October, 2008 Posted 28 October, 2008 A bit cheeky? lol. Anyway i know of 1 ST holder not going.
Marsdinho Posted 28 October, 2008 Author Posted 28 October, 2008 About 5 seconds after posting this message, my mate rang me as he cant go now. He has given me his ST so everyone can stop panicking now...im going. Thanks for your help though. Yours Cheeky monkey.
Chez Posted 28 October, 2008 Posted 28 October, 2008 by hook or by crook you are there. Good on ya. I can't see that any ST holder will not attend purely as a protest. They may decide not to come because they feel a bit ill, have something mroe pressing or have a long journey etc but I can't see anyone just saying I can't be bothered and wasting their ticket.
Mole Posted 28 October, 2008 Posted 28 October, 2008 You've got to have a cheek to get on in this world.
Gordon Mockles Posted 28 October, 2008 Posted 28 October, 2008 I'm not going. I half want to go but feel I'll only be disappointed and I have a point to prove. Many will disagree. One fact remains, my tickets are paid for. My absence (3 seats) will merely be a Mike Wilde skull - an empty space!

My mate isn't going because he's skint! As much as i hate Lowe it would take something of drastic proportions for me not to go to a game & waste my ST. Besides, it's another night on teh lash!
Marsdinho Posted 28 October, 2008 Author Posted 28 October, 2008 Yep, Im going alright..... Just need to find that "Lowe Out" banner
