Roger Posted 15 October, 2011 Posted 15 October, 2011 Anyone know if this is likely? After the fab effort from the players today and without adam on tues we need to be the 12th man.
Saint_clark Posted 15 October, 2011 Posted 15 October, 2011 I doubt it. It would have to be close to selling out now for it to happen (28k+) and we've heard nothing from the club along the lines of "don't miss out!".

alehouseboys Posted 15 October, 2011 Posted 15 October, 2011 http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~2483127,00.html 1500 tickets left, they'll be gone by Monday afternoon. I assume they've opened block 1.

CanadaSaint Posted 15 October, 2011 Posted 15 October, 2011 If it sells out there should be about 4x the number of 'people' (AKA, self-appointed 'best fans in football') at FP today.
S-Clarke Posted 15 October, 2011 Posted 15 October, 2011 I struggled to get 2 tickets anywhere on Thursday, so I'd be surprised if it doesn't sell out.
Chris Marsden = Genius Posted 15 October, 2011 Posted 15 October, 2011 11,261 at Fratton Park tonight
CanadaSaint Posted 15 October, 2011 Posted 15 October, 2011 11,261 at Fratton Park tonight They must be counting t*ts and testicles.
Mattio Posted 15 October, 2011 Posted 15 October, 2011 Just happens to be the day I come back to get some repairs done to my car so I'll be there, don't think I could have picked a more exciting game, but still gutted I'm missing Reading.
doddisalegend Posted 15 October, 2011 Posted 15 October, 2011 I'll be there my kids won't. Just to spark off the "are season ticket holders counted even when they don't turn up?" debate again.....
Saint_clark Posted 16 October, 2011 Posted 16 October, 2011 Definitely a sell out i reckon. Esp when you think fans will buy on the gate. I bought 8 tickets for this game. I am a super fan. I don't think there'll be any available for walk-ups.
sad saints fan Posted 16 October, 2011 Posted 16 October, 2011 Hopefully i have got someone getting me a ticket tomorrow morning.Hopefully she will get there before they all sell out.
scotty Posted 16 October, 2011 Posted 16 October, 2011 I got 3 last week for two mates from Dartford and my brother inlaw, struggled to get 3 together. I'd be surprised if its not close to a sellout.
West End Saint Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 It ought to be a sell out ffs we are top of the league against West ham who are 2nd & will no doubt sell there allocation if this game is not a sell out what game will be ?
andybeal Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 If anyone is struggling to get a ticket i've got a spare season ticket seat in the Chapel - i'll sell it for £20 - will meet the person outside the Megastore at 7pm prompt - don't want to hang around. If interested email your mobile number to jamestiffin67@gmail.com - first come first served.
hypochondriac Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 Just got two in the chapel row JJ. It was the only place that they could get two together.
saintwiz Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 Just got my Coventry ticket & asked about tomorrow night. "Close to sell out, only limited number left in Chapel Stand." Replied the sexy voiced filly.
This Charming Man Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 It ought to be a sell out ffs we are top of the league against West ham who are 2nd & will no doubt sell there allocation if this game is not a sell out what game will be ? WHU sold their allocation weeks ago.
keithd Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 It ought to be a sell out ffs we are top of the league against West ham who are 2nd & will no doubt sell there allocation if this game is not a sell out what game will be ? there can be many reasons why. its an evening game, people might not be able to get sitters for the kids, lots of people work nights or start at silly o clock ... Picking up my tickets for the Terry Paine suit on the evening smug grin... thank you to a supplier at work for the freebie!
Saint Garrett Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 There are no reasons.....It should sell out. The only reason it woulndt be full is if season ticket holders cant go for one reason or another.
keithd Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 There are no reasons.....It should sell out. Thats a rapid about turn, one a politician would be proud of!
SuperMikey Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 Just got my ticket, not many left not apparently. Block 1 and 2 aren't open though. I'm in Block 3, Row H.
Saints foreva Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 Just got my ticket, not many left not apparently. Block 1 and 2 aren't open though. I'm in Block 3, Row H. Police stopping Saints from opening those blocks I guess?
CFSFC Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 Police stopping Saints from opening those blocks I guess? What a stupid comment
Golden Balls Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 (edited) Police stopping Saints from opening those blocks I guess? Why? We went years (and plenty of pomp*y games) with blocks 1 & 2 open. Guess it's just a last resort Edited 17 October, 2011 by Golden Balls Quote didn't work
for_heaven's_Saint Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 How many seats are there in blocks 1 and 2? Don't know for sure but at a guess maybe around 1200?
Chez Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 with this talk of 1500 left or 1000 left, I wonder if that's in addition to the unopened blocks 1 and 2.
terrasaint Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 The booking online sight is showing Peterborough home game sold out. Very strange!!!!!!
Fan The Flames Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 (edited) Just got my Coventry ticket & asked about tomorrow night. "Close to sell out, only limited number left in Chapel Stand." Replied the sexy voiced filly. That will be my mate Dave, he was cycling along the tow path of the Kennet and Avon canal and some little scroat from Hungerford had strung a rope across it at head height. He was doing about 35mph, it took him clean off his bike and damaged his voice box. Still SFC we very supportive through his recovery and now he is back at work in the ticket office. Bevans Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 with this talk of 1500 left or 1000 left, I wonder if that's in addition to the unopened blocks 1 and 2. Block 2 is definitely open... I just bought two tickets in it
alehouseboys Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 with this talk of 1500 left or 1000 left, I wonder if that's in addition to the unopened blocks 1 and 2. When they announced there were only 1500 left a few days back it now looks like that was with blocks 1 and 2 unopened. I've only heard of people with tickets in block 3 over there. If that is the case there must have been around 29,000 sold at that point, they've been selling tickets for 3 days since so it must now be well over 30k but if those blocks remain close the biggest gate we could possibly see would be around 31k.

Just got back from St Marys as I went with a mate to get him three tickets. Blocks 1 and 2 open, well over 31k gone already so far according to the ticket office
Saint Garrett Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 big lol so there ARE reasons then after all. Thats a rapid about turn, one a politician would be proud of! Obviously meaning that every other seat in the ground should be snapped up.
CFSFC Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 Block 2 is definitely open... I just bought two tickets in it You and jeff will be having it with the icf I presume?
SuperMikey Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 Block 1 and 2 weren't open when I called up at about 12pm, they must have decided to open it shortly after that. B*llocks.

trousers Posted 17 October, 2011 Posted 17 October, 2011 http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~2484857,00.html Demand high for the remaining tickets currently available for Tuesday night's game. Limited seats are available to database members only and are selling quickly for tomorrow's top of the table contest with West Ham United at St. Mary's. Having hammered Blackpool 4-0 at home this weekend Sam Allaradyce's side visit St. Mary's in good form to test Saints' impressive home record. Supporters are advised to purchase in advance to guarantee entry to what is set to be the highest home attendance of the season so far.
