I suspect it could be positive for one and negative for the other: * Positive for Forest as he is not that bad a manager if you give him the chance to manage half decent players. The players he has had at P*mpey are far from half decent, but at Forest he will have a much stronger squad to work with. * Negative for P*mpey - more uncertainty, with a squad of bargain basement has-beens and no half -decent manager is going to fancy it... except perhaps Avram Grant!
