best place to get a tattoo in southampton?

can anyone suggest or recommend where in southampton is the best/skilled tattooist in southampton/hants? from peoples experience. or any places to aviod. dont care about cost or time would just want a good artist.

Theres a really great guy near the docks, when you walk into his place he says "dont do it". Sound advice imho.

not into tats but a couple of mates have had tats done at Dragstrip in Bitterne. look amazing imo.
