In May 2010 Tohseef Shah spray painted a British War Memorial with "islam will dominate osama is coming" he was fined n walked free from court. In Nov 2010, Emdadur Choudhury burned a Poppy during the 2mins silence he too was given a fine n walked free from court. Yesterday, 2 men were been sentenced to 12 months in prison for spray painting a Poppy on a mosque.

Interesting one delldays

 

I guess the painting of a poppy on a mosque is considered an act of religious and racial hatred and incitement is classed as a serious criminal act but is okay to duab slogans on war memorials and burn poppies. In those cases their was no religious or racial intent.

The two guys who painted a poppy should have got at least four years, two years is lenient

 

Thats our liberal minded politically correct judges for you

 

Look at poor old knox and also look at a number of cases where rapists and peadophiles have had their sentences halved as the original sentences impactedon their human rights

If they're treating them differently and unfairly because of religion, it's another case of political incorrectness gone mad.

 

If there's a legal precedent with reasoning not explained in that small clip of information, it's difficult to comment.
