Technical Query - Matchball Pressure

I wondered if anybody knew the matchball pressure that the balls (championship - Mitre Tensile - Size 5) are inflated to. I have heard it can be 12psi, but that really is like kicking a brick. Anyone know for sure?

We pump ours up to have a little movement when pressed with a human thumb.
