main street cutting across the runway brings back many happy memories of 1980. peessed up squaddies returning to the frontier guardroom and trying to beat the plane that was about to land, three flights a week by Dan Air. Now thats what you call a level crossing!

Western Australian Iron Ore mines .Lift well over 50 tons in one bucket and cost around

$8.0 million each !!

Stayed at the Rock Hotel in April 2010. Great Restaurant there. Also spotted a Liebherr Crane at the Boating Lake in Quinta do Lago on the Algarve earlier in the month.

I saw lots of Cranes flying about whilst playing Golf in Vilamoura Portugal back in May.
