Saint Charlie Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 Im pretty sure Morgan is playing instead of Hammond tonight. Interesting, Im sure you are right as always.
Thorpe-le-Saint Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 1-3 to Saints. As long as ernie doesn't play. He has a hamstring injury according to BBC
saint_jas Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 Be very happy with a draw from this game. But still gone for a win in the prediction league. Lets hope they drop like flies again with injuries.
saint_jas Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 On sky or wishful thinking.. Wishful thinking, will be champ league matches I think.
Lallana's Left Peg Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 Confirmed - Hammond dropped for Schneiderlin. Unchanged from team that started at Burnley otherwise.
trousers Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 @jordansibley: Saints Vs Cardiff: Davis. Richardson, Fonte©, Hooiveld, Fox. Guly, Cork, Schneiderlin, Lallana. Connolly, Lambert #saintsfc
Soggy Bottom Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 sat in o'neills Was going to the lansdowne just been told by cabbie. That its a block of flats now
scott_saints Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 Fonte will love being captain. Hopefully gets him going again!!
vince Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 apologies if this has been posted already, but there is radio commentary on 5 live sports extra of the game tonight for those of you with a digital radio.
1976_Child Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 anyone remember the Solent txt number?
um pahars Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 Confirmed - Hammond dropped for Schneiderlin. Unchanged from team that started at Burnley otherwise. Not convinced (if you're allowed an opinion on here without being shot down in flames). Think we need more of a battling player in the middle of the park tonight. Worried Cork & Spiderman will be outmuscled/outfought.
Boris Karloff Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 Not convinced (if you're allowed an opinion on here without being shot down in flames). Think we need more of a battling player in the middle of the park tonight. Worried Cork & Spiderman will be outmuscled/outfought. I'd like to think NA knows what he's doing. SPiderman does pretty much sit in front of the back four so it does give us a bit more security. He sees the players every day so he might just have seen that DH needed a rest.
Matthew Le God Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 Not convinced (if you're allowed an opinion on here without being shot down in flames). Think we need more of a battling player in the middle of the park tonight. Worried Cork & Spiderman will be outmuscled/outfought. Schneiderlin is a more defensive player than Hammond, he has spent much of the season coming on as the holding midfielder sitting just in front of the centre backs.
dubai_phil Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 Gonna be late on line - Terra Nova Season Premiere Double Bill on tonight. Saints far more important but if I don't watch the last 10 mins my future Wed nights will get screwed up! It's like us at the moment - has a lot of promise.
Dr Who? Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 I am hoping we can beat Cardiff reserves! I think we will no worries!
Ivan Katalinic's 'tache Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 Im pretty sure Morgan is playing instead of Hammond tonight. Interesting, Im sure you are right as always. What else do you know Mr Thevman???
Saint_Jonny Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 Gonna be late on line - Terra Nova Season Premiere Double Bill on tonight. Saints far more important but if I don't watch the last 10 mins my future Wed nights will get screwed up! It's like us at the moment - has a lot of promise. Cheers, just reminded me to download it!
Saint_clark Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 Proper shocked that Hammonds been dropped.
Saint Fan CaM Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 Not convinced (if you're allowed an opinion on here without being shot down in flames). Think we need more of a battling player in the middle of the park tonight. Worried Cork & Spiderman will be outmuscled/outfought. Agree with this - I think Hammond has proven his ability to deal with the type of team Cardiff will prove to be. However, I feel sure he will understand that with three games in quick succesion someone needs to be kept fresh at CM. I would suspect all four CM players will be very close to earning a place in the team.
Under Weststand Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 No Earnshaw in the Cardiff side tonight. That's good I'd originally gone for a draw, but changed with all their injuries now think we can win this, 3-1 Saints.
sfc4prem Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 So Schneiderlin gets his reward for saving us on Saturday. Take advantage of it lad.
Saint_Jonny Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 01 David Marshall 02 Kevin McNaughton 05 Mark Hudson 06 Anthony Gerrard 23 Darcy Blake 04 Filip Kiss 07 Peter Whittingham 08 Don Cowie 17 Aron Gunnarsson 09 Kenny Miller 20 Joe Mason
Jonnyboy Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 01 David Marshall 02 Kevin McNaughton 05 Mark Hudson 06 Anthony Gerrard 23 Darcy Blake 04 Filip Kiss 07 Peter Whittingham 08 Don Cowie 17 Aron Gunnarsson 09 Kenny Miller 20 Joe Mason All together now - "WHO?"
Monk Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 it isnt as weak as people have been suggesting...
Saint_clark Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 it isnt as weak as people have been suggesting... No-one said it would be weak, just weaker than their first choice.
um pahars Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 No Earnshaw in the Cardiff side tonight. That's good I'd originally gone for a draw, but changed with all their injuries now think we can win this, 3-1 Saints. Isn't their skipper missing as well???
Dr Who? Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 They have almost their whole first team out, and have been trying to get loans in this week, but have not managed to do so. This game is a perfect time to be playing them, but will be take the chance.....I think so!!
Monk Posted 28 September, 2011 Posted 28 September, 2011 No-one said it would be weak, just weaker than their first choice. Don't make me MLG you again
