I'd hope for Aldershot at home just to (hopefully) progress. Selfishly I'd like it to be away at one of the following just so I could go: -

Man Utd

Man City

Stoke

Everton

Liverpool

Blackburn

Bolton

Burnley

Yeh I also wouldn't mind playing Aldershot as well but if we get drawn a biggy then it'l more than likely be Arsenal/Man U home or away but we'l see!

Why is it more than likely?

Any Premier League team at home, simply because I want to "feel" and remember what it was like to be playing a PL team again.

Oh, and it'll be a decent yardstick if we both field competitive first elevens...

Is 1 in 15 a good chance?

Better chance that it will be a north west club, 7 in 15 to be exact.

Personally would like to get Newcastle, Arsenal or Aldershot at home. Please not Manure or Citeh.

North west is what I was thinking, even if my finger did not type this!! We will somehow manage not to draw any of them, but I would prefer it to be away and on the Wednesday as I will be able to go!!

Wonder what sort of team we'll put out against them.
good point...guess it depends who we have the following game..im sure we will make a few changes thoughcould beat this lot, get the cardiff/burley at home in the quaters...hey presto, almost at wembleyof course, will never happen

Mmm, not the most inspiring of draws, but there's every chance of getting through to face Prem oppo in the quarters. And if we go out now, so what - it'll keep the focus on the league campaign.

Number 50 bus from Streatham to Thornton Heath for me. Will use my Freedom Card. Just match ticket to buy. Just hope the supposedly Saints supporting yoof lager louts that invaded Tesco's last time to steal beers etc don't repeat that trick. No colours but singing Saints songs.

Wolves v Man City

Cardiff v Burnley

Blackburn v Newcastle

Arsenal v Bolton

Stoke v Liverpool

Aldershot v Man United

Crystal Palace v Southampton

Everton v Chelsea

Other than Man Utd, that's all the Prem teams drawn against each other.

I can't think of a single reason why this is interesting, so it probably isn't.
