Advice on web hosting

The nursery I work at has got funding for a twinning project with three other schools across Europe. We need to set up a website which is easy to administer and add stuff to (as simple as possible). Has anyone got any suggestions for hosting or providers available. We want to add pictures videos and blogs but nothing terribly sophisticated and we want to pay as little as possible (but no adverts.) Any help appreciated.

I use http://www.unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk for 3 or 4 sites and never had any issues. its just over £3 a month for their web hosting package. I am sure they are not really unlimited but it all works pretty well. I usually use 1&1 for domain names.
