latter day saint Posted 18 September, 2011 Posted 18 September, 2011 at about 1:40 are they singing Cortese, he comes from Italy, he f*cking hates Pompey??? yes but in Italian. even the Napoli Ultra's know he is the Don !
whelk Posted 18 September, 2011 Posted 18 September, 2011 there is even a better angle for footage somewhere - complete boys. Thousands of 'em.
Kaiser Soze Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 For anyone that thinks they can get on the train and get tanked up, I have it on very good authority that only coach transport will be provided for the game, and you will only get your match ticket when on the coach.
Saint_clark Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 For anyone that thinks they can get on the train and get tanked up, I have it on very good authority that only coach transport will be provided for the game, and you will only get your match ticket when on the coach. Also worth remembering that "very good authority" is still a long way from "confirmed". Let's not start complaining just yet.
Tokyo-Saint Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 Also worth remembering that "very good authority" is still a long way from "confirmed". Let's not start complaining just yet. Also remembering Kaiser Soze's previous good authority statements as well.

Has been done for Swansea-Cardiff and Blackburn-Burnley, so it wouldn't surprise me.
Saint_clark Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 Also remembering Kaiser Soze's previous good authority statements as well. That's a fair point. But there are a few "good authority" rumours going around regarding this game, and they all clash. I'm not saying he's lieing, i'm just saying let's wait and see before we start going mental about it.
ericb Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 it's never happened before and i don't see it happening now to be honest, specially since it's just as easy to police the trains as it is to police the coaches.
alehouseboys Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 Has been done for Swansea-Cardiff and Blackburn-Burnley, so it wouldn't surprise me. This may also tie in with the rumour of a reduced allocation 'cos if this was to apply to the full 3,000 that's gonna mean them finding somewhere to park 60-odd coaches...aint gonna happen. So if it's true about the coaches then I can see us getting half that at the most.
Joey-deacons-left-nut Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 pretty much standard for most Millwall away games I hear...

alehouseboys Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 There were 64 coaches parked around the stadium for the JPT final. ...around fartton park? :wow:
Graffito Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 That's a fair point. But there are a few "good authority" rumours going around regarding this game, and they all clash. I'm not saying he's lieing, i'm just saying let's wait and see before we start going mental about it. There's a UI article on it. Seems the Police are considering it.
Sour Mash Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 pretty much standard for most Millwall away games I hear... It's not.
Sour Mash Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 Has been done for Swansea-Cardiff and Blackburn-Burnley, so it wouldn't surprise me. But different grounds with different lay-outs. Where would all the coaches unload? What route would they take? Much easier for the police to escort from the station to the ground, so I'm pretty sure this won't happen.

Won't happen. how fcking boring would that be.
sambosa75 Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 Turdish? That is ******* brilliant!!! Did you make it up yourself? Thank god i am wearing a tight fitting t-shirt or else i feel my ribs might crack. You're going to have to put warnings on if you are going to post such hilarity otherwise people will think we are all MENTAL. As for the rest of your post....i heart irony..... He's got a point to be fair. You do come across as a bit of a nob. Most "boys" who indulge in the sort of activities you pertain to get involved in tend not need to advertise this fact on a faceless internet forum. We all know what goes on at the derby and fear not, the old proper faces will be out in force, ticket or no ticket. Banging on every 5 minutes about what to wear and how to act though just makes you appear as someone who's knowledge of such things extends to watching too many repeats of Green Street and I.D and goading away fans from the comfort of the Northam stand.
100%Red&White Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 Well, if they really are intending on 'making' us go down there on coaches (I wont mention the "human rights" issue ) it would only be fair to give us the other end. One, it's too big for them and secondly there's a big car park behind it to park all our coaches. It all makes sense, give us 5,000 tickets and the skates might just get their only full house of the season. Don't thank us - we're just too good to 'em.
This Charming Man Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 But different grounds with different lay-outs. Where would all the coaches unload? What route would they take? Much easier for the police to escort from the station to the ground, so I'm pretty sure this won't happen. Cardiff visits to Bristol City are normally a bubble trip, though I do believe they normally cut the allocation as well. Cardiff at West Ham was also a bubble, so it can be done at grounds with limited parking.
View From The Top Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 Millwall at Leeds (evening) was a bubble with Millwall given their tickets at a M1 service station.
JRM Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 it would certainly test the inventiveness of our fans, how to get alcohol past the stewards and onto the coach, although for sheer passion shouldn't need a drop to get up for this game!
whelk Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 Not that I am obsessed with this but this is how to arrive
JRM Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 Not that I am obsessed with this but this is how to arrive Napoli are a class above for support, superb numbers and noise, impressed with the numbers they have brought over for Liverpool last season and Man City this year. Went over in 2008 to see them playing Lazio was gutted away fans were banned but still top atmosphere and flares on display. That video is them going to Roma away.
Nexstar Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 ...around fartton park? :wow:. No, they took 101 coaches for their first FA Cup Final.
hypochondriac Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 . No, they took 101 coaches for their first FA Cup Final. A home away from home.
100%Red&White Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 I think we should all just go down there on the trains and watch it on the beeb in their pubs

sambosa75 Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 Please find a single post one this thread where I have banged on about being involved in anything or claimed to be. More or less every single post you've made on this thread for a start.
Turkish Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 (edited) Italian ultras in general look fantastic. Watching the curva at Juve, the San Siro, Roma etc is impressive. Edited 19 September, 2011 by Turkish
Chez Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 Not that I am obsessed with this but this is how to arrive kinell that's an away following and a half.

Napoli fans are just a bunch of upmarket Turks, no different from the Galatasaray and Fenerbahce scum who like to take cheap shots.
This Charming Man Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 napoli fans are just a bunch of upmarket turks, no different from the galatasaray and fenerbahce scum who like to take cheap shots. Forza Napoli!
Ivan Katalinic's 'tache Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 No, they took 101 caravans for their first FA Cup Final. Corrected for you.
JRM Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 Napoli fans are just a bunch of upmarket Turks, no different from the Galatasaray and Fenerbahce scum who like to take cheap shots. Don't get me wrong, an away trip to Napoli would.be daunting especially with some of them keen to use a blade, but going there as neutral was great for visual impact of watching their Ultras and being part of the atmosphere. I agree Galatasaray are scum, fenebache not so bad though I went to see them play Ankara in 2007 again amazing atmosphere rarely seen in England, but crowd were fine nice ground, whole crowd singing top of their voices.
EastleighSoulBoy Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 More or less every single post you've made on this thread for a start. I know what you mean but, just a thought as you know me, has it occured to you that people don't actually 'say it' in so many words but tend to 'allude' to things so that if they get found out they cannot actually be tied down to 'it'? It's quite clever stuff. You're right also that those who are going to be naughty are hardly going to be advertising the fact on an internet forum are they? Which makes me think that you and I are on the same wavelength.
Micky Posted 19 September, 2011 Posted 19 September, 2011 So to sum up then, our following for fratton wil be made up of pansies, mincers, lads, chaps, geezers, chavs and a few hoolies thrown in as well. We is well 'ard. Any fans going?
whelk Posted 20 September, 2011 Posted 20 September, 2011 I was in Naples in 1990 for Cameroon game. Even the hardest lads in the land were keen to get to station and not take on the locals. And England crew was hard as nails peppered with lots of scum (not Pompey just NF ***ts) of course
surrey1saint Posted 20 September, 2011 Posted 20 September, 2011 So to sum up then, our following for fratton wil be made up of pansies, mincers, lads, chaps, geezers, chavs and a few hoolies thrown in as well. We is well 'ard. Any fans going? Lol
