thefunkygibbons Posted 17 September, 2011 Posted 17 September, 2011 Looking forward to the game Taking my brother who I don't believe has ever been to a Saints game
Shroppie Posted 17 September, 2011 Posted 17 September, 2011 Taking my mate who's never seen Saints lose. :-)
mitch01 Posted 17 September, 2011 Posted 17 September, 2011 Haven't seen Saints lose since Plymouth at home last season. 12 games and over a year ago. C'mon you reds!
del boy Posted 17 September, 2011 Posted 17 September, 2011 Taking my mate who's never seen Saints lose. :-)
Tokyo-Saint Posted 18 September, 2011 Posted 18 September, 2011 Oh f//ck. Here I am in a bar in Spain hooked up to wi fi and the game isn't even on. When are we playing????????? Bloody foreigners, coming into our bars, stealing our WiFi!
alehouseboys Posted 18 September, 2011 Posted 18 September, 2011 Hopefully Richardson returns to right back and Cork back to boss midfield, then I can see us edging this one 2-1. A lower than expected 23,000 to see it - one thing I'm not looking forward to if we were to get back to the Prem, less games on a Saturday.
Professor Posted 18 September, 2011 Posted 18 September, 2011 If the same back four were to start this week they would be better than last week because they have last week's game under their belt and another week of training will have helped Hayfield settle in. I think he and Fox will have had their ball watching mistake pointed out. But I'm not sure you can turn Jack Cork into a FB who will handle tricky wingers and I can't see NA sticking with that so the switch back to MF for Cork looks obvious. Who then plays at FB depends on fitness and as most posts have suggested Richardson is thought to be fit but Harding may not be. Result, as long as the Cork FB experiement is over, a win by at least 2 goals.
Barry the Badger Posted 18 September, 2011 Posted 18 September, 2011 If Result, as long as the Cork FB experiement is over, a win by at least 2 goals. It was hardly an 'experiment', we had no fit right backs.
Saint-scooby Posted 18 September, 2011 Posted 18 September, 2011 Bum not going now, I may go stock up on some booze and be Billy no mates this afternoon x
Pompeyh8r Posted 18 September, 2011 Posted 18 September, 2011 Can someone confirm if the game is live on tv anywhere??? The Mrs has me painting at the moment, and have used the match being on tv as a get out, but i cant see it being on anywhere, when placing a bet on paddy power it says it is live on TV, please help me, Jacko.

DG Posted 18 September, 2011 Posted 18 September, 2011 First visit to St. Mary's this season, i apologise in advance for the result.
sambosa75 Posted 18 September, 2011 Posted 18 September, 2011 a few sites are claiming to have a stream but I'm dubious. I've just called the Famous 3 Kings pub in London. Usually if they are showing the game there will be a stream online somewhere but they said they can't get it so I doubt there will be any websites showing it. Happy to be proven wrong of course, if anyone wants to PM me a link to a working stream!
Guided Missile Posted 18 September, 2011 Posted 18 September, 2011 Rain stopped play, from where I'm sitting....
Window Cleaner Posted 18 September, 2011 Posted 18 September, 2011 I think we'll win in the end but that it will be one almighty struggle, bit like last week really, say 2-1 Saints.
farawaysaint Posted 18 September, 2011 Posted 18 September, 2011 I don't mean to sound like a schoolgirl but I'll do it anyway, "like omg I'm like sooooooo excited about this." In all seriousness though it's incredibly strange going into a match and expecting to win to take us top of the table especially against a club like Brum fresh out the prem. I could get used to this whole "wining" business.
THEVMAN Posted 18 September, 2011 Posted 18 September, 2011 Firstrowsports.eu has the saints game on their list if you scroll right down to the 3 o`clock kick offs worth a punt otherwise it`s slumming it on saintsplayer.
dan17 Posted 18 September, 2011 Posted 18 September, 2011 Its listed as on here http://www.oleoletv.com/broadcast/1/ And this is the direct link... http://www.oleoletv.com/watch/live/stream/online/free/tv/video/channel/feed/link/broadcast/vivo/gratis/p2p/4/september/18/2011/10/60/v-306012/southampton-vs-birmingham.html Anyone had any luck with oleoletv.com before? i.e Will it download shed loads of viruses etc? Never used it myself before. I don't trust any of these stream links, last one I tried my anti-spyware just closed it down without even a prompt, most of them are dodgy. I mean where are they going to get the stream from if there's no televison outlet anywhere?
Window Cleaner Posted 18 September, 2011 Posted 18 September, 2011 so Fox at lb then? Think so yes, didn't notice Harding anywhere so it must be Fox
whizzpop Posted 18 September, 2011 Posted 18 September, 2011 Just listening to Richard Cartridge on Solent, apparently we are doing well at the moment and no.2 in the champions league...has he got a time machine or is he just not a football fan.
Windmill Arm 2 Posted 18 September, 2011 Posted 18 September, 2011 Is the match on BBC Solent? some boring old duffer on there at the moment?
sydney_saint Posted 18 September, 2011 Posted 18 September, 2011 Been using oleoletv a bit for the rugby. Ok streams not brilliant and very rarely have I actually found one in English. Generally have quite a few links as well although quite a few get blocked. Have no idea what this info means for our match though
sambosa75 Posted 18 September, 2011 Posted 18 September, 2011 this rain is a bit worrying I'm up in London where it's just spitting. Is the rain enough to put the game in jeopardy?
